Please read these terms and conditions before beginning any Financial Fortress program.

We Are Not Financial Advisors

Please note that our team are not a licensed financial advisors. We can not and will not ever tell a client to buy or sell an individual security. All conversations are strictly based upon opinion and should not be taken as financial advice. This service is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

The Site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and the services offered by the Site are not available to minors. These restrictions will apply except in cases where the Company otherwise agrees in writing or the person achieves Certification as a life coach through Whiting Solutions, Corp.. Guarantee

We do not guarantee or promise any results. All results will be determined by yourself ultimately. Our job is to guarantee you have the right information, tools, and instructions to properly perform stock research.

Using Our Service

The Financial Education experience is a privilege that not all will get to experience. Our staff is high quality and we expect that same standard out of our clients. Once beginning the program, you are acknowledging that you will not be handed stock picks, or looking for our team to make decisions for you. Instead, you will work side by side with our team to learn the content presented and put the work in to fully understand it. We are not responsible for a lack of effort nor are responsible for the lack of due diligence on your behalf.

All materials provided by Financial Fortress, including but not limited to videos, articles, webinars, and other content, are the sole property of Jeremy Lefebvre and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are not authorized to record or redistribute any materials provided by Financial Fortress to the public without the express written consent. You may only use the materials provided by Financial Fortress for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use our materials for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Jeremy Lefebvre. Any unauthorized use of our materials, including but not limited to recording or redistributing our materials, may result in legal action. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our materials at any time and for any reason without notice. By accessing and using our materials, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeremy Lefebvre and Financial Fortress from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our materials.

To Fully Experience and Gain The Most Benefit From Our Program, You Agree:

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Financial Fortress may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

• You become disruptive or difficult to work with; or you fail to follow the program guidelines; or, you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s) - examples of such behavior are disrespecting other members or team or being otherwise disruptive in the chat or during live session, or posting inappropriate messages, images

Terms Of Sale

You hereby ratify your understanding that all sales are final for monthly memberships, custom offers, payment plans, bi-annual and quarterly memberships and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor. This excludes memberships paid in full for the length of 1 year or more as they adhere with our 14 days refund policy. No refunds will be issued after the 14 days from purchased date. If for any reason the client would want to cancel services, they must notify the Support Email listed below 48 hours before the renewal. This cancellation notice must be submitted in writing over email to Gabyteamfinancialeducation@gmail.com. In addition, you must schedule and take an exit interview with one of our team members over the phone to help us create a better experience for future partners.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our materials constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Refund policy – Private Group/Courses

One can not begin the private group/courses until all agreed upon funds have been settled. All sales are final. No refunds can be issued after purchase of the product.
